What, exactly, are you giving away? 

In 2012, we're giving away a custom website and Internet Marketing valued at over $5,000 to a qualified non-profit organization. The donation includes a fully custom website design by Immerseme's world-class designers, plus, one year of free hosting on ImmerseEdit CMS, our easy-to-use content manageme software.

The end results will be world-class websites with content that the organizations can manage themselves with easy-to-use tools. Each site includes advanced features like blogs, podcasts, videos, forms, donations, payments, calendars and more. 

Why are you asking others to help find and choose the right organizations? 

Accepting nominations from the public will allow us to consider organizations that we may not yet know about. In addition, holding public votes on our finalists has two major advantages. First, it lets the community have a part in choosing who receives this award. But even more importantly, it lets us share the stories of all of our finalist organizations. We hope to discover some truly amazing benevolent work and to be able to share that with the world through this program. 

Who is eligible for the website donations? 

Any registered, non-profit organization with operations based in the United States is eligible to receive the website donation. 

How do I nominate a non-profit for the giveaways? Can I nominate my own non-profit? 

You may nominate any non-profit organization, including your own, by filling out our nomination form (only available during nomination periods). 

What criteria will be used to select finalists for the donations? 

Immerseme will select finalists at its discretion. We may employ the help of an outside panel in selecting finalists. In general, we are looking for compelling stories that demonstrate the value of the organization to their community. Some criteria that may be considered include the work that the non-profit organization does, how the organization benefits their community, the current state of the non-profit organization's website, and the perceived potential of the organization to fully utilize the capabilities of Immerseme's CMS website software. 

Will Immerseme contact the organizations that are nominated? 

We will not contact every nominee, but we will contact all organizations that are selected as finalists. We will secure permission from the organization to participate as a finalist in our public vote before listing anything about them on our website. 

How will the winner be selected? 

After receiving permission from each finalist, Immerseme will put the finalists and their stories up for a public vote on this website. The public vote will be weighed in along with input from Immerseme's own selection panel in choosing the final winner.
