How do I write a post on my blog

  1. Log into your website.
  2. Add the blog element to your page.
  3. Roll over the Blog toolbar and click Write New Post.

  4. Fill in the following fields:
    • Post Title- Give your new blog post a title.
    • Post Shortcut- The shortcut is used to give your blog post an easy to remember direct address. For example if you make your shortcut “New Product”, then anyone can type “www.yourwebsite.com/New-Product” to visit it. This is useful for adding keywords to URLs for search engine marketing, traditional marketing, and creating easy-to-remember landing pages.  Your shortcut can be edited later if need be.
    • Author- This will auto populate to the persons name editing the site.  Type a different name if you would like to change this.
    • Date- The date will auto populate to today's date, but you can choose a different date by clicking the calendar link and choosing a different date or by typing one in manually.
      • Tip: You can delay when this post first shows by specifying a date in the future.
    • Body- Write all of text and add pictures you would like to share with the world.
  5. Click the Update button.
