Search Engine Optimization is the process by which your website is optimized for different search engine spiders. These spiders "crawl" your website indexing and cataloging your content. One of the things these spiders look for is a sitemap.
Immerseme is pleased to announce a new feature in ImmerseEdit that dynamically creates a sitemap for you. Simply type "/stats" at the end of your domain for the low down, i.e. www.yourdomain.com/stats.
DID YOU KNOW? ImmerseEdit also provides an XML formatted sitemap thatyou can use to submit to search engine tools such as Google'swebmaster central. Try adding "/sitemap.aspx" to the end of yourwebsite's address and you'll see the XML version.
